Zeiss Victory RF 10×42 T* LotuTec

The glass masters at Zeiss have come up with their newest Bluetooth-enabled, range finding binocular, the Victory RF. Available in 8×42, 8×54, 10×42, and 10×54, they’ve got a pair for everyone. As expected, the proprietary LotuTec Zeiss T* coated FL lenses and the Abbe-König prism system deliver impeccable clarity and contrast.

Built to last, these are housed in high-grade magnesium with a double link bridge and are waterproof up to 4 meters for 2 hours to boot. Hot or cold, the Victory RF’s boast an incredible operating temperature range of -13° F to 145.4° F.

The Zeiss rangefinding binoculars determine the precise target distance up to a maximum range of 2,300 metres. The capabilities of the rangefinder system are perfected by the ability to synchronise it with the ZEISS Hunting App via Bluetooth. Every measurement takes the physical and environmental factors, such as temperature and air pressure, into account when making the calculation.

This rangefinder has a storage capability for up to nine personalised ballistic profiles, that can be set up within the ZEISS Hunting App. Thanks to the Bluetooth function it is possible to import personal ballistic data from the ZEISS Hunting App to the Victory RF.

It is manufactured in Germany and combines the very high level optics and build quality of the top of the range Zeiss Victory HT with an extremely high performance laser rangefinder, the Zeiss Victory RF is a top of the range series specifically designed for hunters.

With a little more reach than the 8×42 model, but not quite as capable in low light, the 10×42 Victory RF is ideal for hunters who operate in bright open areas and over reasonably long distances, like that which you get on the plains, in the hills and mountains or near a lake. With its very high-quality optics, the light transmission is superb. This means that they will perform reasonably well and better than most of the competition at close range and in fairly poor light, so you don’t need to be afraid to take them into dark forests on occasions!
