Swarovski CL NOMAD 8×30 Binoculars come in an oiled oak box appropriate for storage or display. The armoring is Central European cowhide that is tanned with pure vegetable oils. Slight scars and scratches are part of the charm. Natural beeswax/neatsfoot oil is provided to care for the armoring and the case, and maybe to make us nostalgic for the baseball gloves of our youth. Titanium closing rings finish off the leather armor. The strap is also leather, with the upper part being Indian buffalo hide (which is naturally water repellent) and Central European cowhide suede on the lower side.
The optics provide you crisp, bright image thanks to a 90% light transmission rate and fully multi-coated lenses and phase-corrected prisms. The standout features included minimum interpupillary distance of 55mm, eye relief of 16mm, and the 8x30s weigh only 17.3 ounces.
